THE AQUARIUM CLEANING PROCESS:

We do an appropriate water change, water testing for chemical balance, algae removal, glass cleaning, filtration system cleaning and carbon change, decorative coral or plants change-out as needed, add algae killer, provide pro help & advice, provide top-off water, and provide fish food (minimal fee). Seven day guarantee on livestock purchased from us. This service and maintenance plan allows you to optimize the enjoyment of your aquarium.

THE SMALL POND CLEANING PROCESS: 
We will drain the pond, rinse out all filter mats, skimmer and media. Also rinse the stones and the liner, flush out all plumbing, perform minor adjustment of stones as needed, thin plants, replace underwater pond light bulbs, add fresh water, use tap water conditioner, add algae killer, add pond dye, and acclimate the fish back into their freshly cleaned pond.
